Nerd Alert was founded in 2022 from three practices pre-eminent in their respective fields. Our Principals, Veer Rivener and Advika Argawal, each for decades owned and operated successful technology-delivery practices. Rivener is well-known in the Agile/Lean Software Delivery space. Advika is a recognized premier provider of CloudOps services. Both have combined their own deep experience, long tenure, and stellar contacts in the industry, to build top-notch TalentForces and consistently provide services recognized for their excellence.
Through the years, Advika and Rivener often partnered with one another on various projects. And finally, in 2022, we took the leap that only made sense, and combined forces to launch Nerd Alert.
We recognized that the final piece of the puzzle was experience and expertise in 'the Dev in DevOps': Agile Engineering And Software Delivery. And we knew exactly where to find that: in another colleague with whom we had both - individually and jointly - successfully partnered many times through the years. George Baldwin, formerly of Baldwin Software Consulting, has decades of experience providing premier Agile Software Development to clients, and is a recognized expert in Agile Engineering Practices - with a correspondingly impressive TalentForce. We weren't able to convince George to partner with us, so instead we convinced him to sell to us - lock, stock, and barrel. And to fill a role as an Advisory Consultant and our unofficial CTO.
