NON-EMPLOYER VOE POLICY

It is the general policy of Nerd Alert Technology Delivery, LLC to provide Verification Of Employment to law enforcement agencies and other governmental agencies to the full extent required by law.

Additionally, as a courtesy to our present and past employees, and solely at and to the extent of our discretion, as well as an individual employee's authorization (whichever is most restrictive) we will provide employment information required for certain benefits such as loans.

In order for any entity (covered under this policy) to obtain a Verification Of Employment (under whatever circumstances), Nerd Alert Technology Delivery, LLC will require acceptance of further agreements to the extent permitted by law.
