Nerd Alert was formed in 2022

from the combination of three practices:

• Rivener Technology Delivery, PLC, a London, UK-based Lean and Agile delivery consultancy with a strong presence in the European financial industry


• Advika Agarwal Consulting, BVBA, a Brussels, Belgium-based consultancy offering world-class CloudOps services to top-tier clients across Europe, North America, and the globe


• Baldwin Software Consulting, PLC., a London, UK-based software development consultancy

We operate as an LLC based in London, UK (Europe) and Albequeurque, New Mexico (US), with internatiohal headquarters in Albuquerque and presences in several U.S. and European cities. We employ over 150 consultants, either as fulltime employees or as consultant-contractors.
